Go to the Configuration Page tab. In the Wi-Fi section, click Scan to find local networks.

Once connected, click Get to see the assigned IP address (e.g., 192.168.1.110 ). For a more stable connection, it is recommended to set a Static IP in the tool so the address doesn't change later. Go to the Configuration Page tab

If you don't have a router, you can connect your device directly to the printer’s own Wi-Fi signal. a USB cable (for initial setup)

To print labels directly from your phone, you need a compatible app.

On your computer or smartphone, look for a Wi-Fi network named "XP-420B" or similar.
